国际合作交流部是省生产力促进中心外事工作的主要部门，是建立对外友好关系,为政府、企事业单位、社会团体等各类机构提供国际信息的窗口；是搭起我省企业与国际组织、财团与国外企业之间的桥梁；是开展国际交流与合作的重要渠道。
International Exchange and Cooperation Department is the leading sector for foreign affairs in SPPC. It serves as a platform to establish friendly relations with foreign countries, and also a window to get international information for government, enterprises, institutions, social groups etc. This department has built up bridges between civil enterprises and foreign enterprises, international organizations and financial groups. It’s an important channel for international exchange and cooperation.

自陕西省生产力促进中心成立以来，国际合作交流部源源不断地为中小企业、科研院所及政府有关部门提供了境外考察、培训、科技商贸合作洽谈服务。到目前为止，已组办省级、厅级、处级干部带队的出国/境培训考察共计40余个，分赴美国、加拿大、欧洲、澳洲、新西兰、日本、韩国、印度、埃及、南非、香港等地进行培训、商贸、科技考察访问，服务单位350余家。该部还多次承担国外政府来访团队的外事接待，受到各界的普遍好评。
Since the establishment of SPPC, International Exchange and Cooperation Department has provided the services for SMEs, scientific research institutes, and related governmental departments on training and business visit in foreign countries. By far, over 40 delegations have been organized to visit USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, India, Egypt, South Africa and Hong Kong etc. Such services cover more than 350 organizations or companies. This department also undertakes reception of foreign visitors from government for times. It has won high comments from various circles.
中心被省外办授予“2004年度全省因公出国（境）管理工作先进单位”。
